Far Cry Primal (2016)

A long time ago, a plain located in Europe somewhere….
Far Cry Primal was such an interesting project. We got to create a gorgeous world filled with threats that were much different than what we were use to in a Far Cry world. I came to this project from Far Cry 5 because they needed additional Level Designers to ship the game.
My Missions
On Far Cry Primal I was responsible for missions such as:
Stomp Udam (Riding a mammoth and destroying everything in your way!)
Welcome Wenja (Saving Dah from the hands of the Wenja)
Jayma the Hunter (Meeting Jayma and tracking a bear)
Blood and Honey (Saving a fellow Wenja)
Missing Hunters (Saving 2 Wenja villagers from 2 different threats)
Achievements
I'm the most proud of taking ownership of the tracking vision (to track bleeding enemies and follow quest clues). I helped test every iteration of the tech until the feature was ready for all the level designers to use. I created the how to's and helped train the level design team in using this tech. As new level designers would join our project I would help train them and teach the guidelines important for the Far Cry brand.
